TAKE NOTE:

For all ensemble music – you may edit your part so that it works for you at the level you are playing now. That may mean leaving some of the notes out or playing only treble clef or only bass clef or just playing the first note in each measure. This experience is yours, so adjust the parts to your needs. With all of us playing together, we will have everything covered. We hope this will be both challenging, pleasant and fun.

1) HARPY EVER AFTER by Stephen Dunstone

This fun 12-bar blues is written for multi-level ensemble. Each part represents one of six intertwining, recurring motifs from “First Tune” (Harp 1), which is very easy, to “Supergroove” (Harp 6), which is fast, varied, and with occasional lever or pedal slides. An extra “motifs only” part includes all the motifs so players can mix and match to suit the needs of the group. Even the very beginning harpist will be able to participate in this piece.

Full score or individual parts are available as PDF download at Harp Column Music.

2) A VIRGINIA SAMPLER for 3 harps arranged by Ray Pool (lever or pedal)
